Well, so much for my New Year's resolution. Here it is, jan 26, and this is the first time I am posting on here. Oh well.
I did attempt the South Beach diet, but stress and too much going on in my life curbed it. I think I will try it again once the main stressor in my life has gone back to colombia (8 more days, but who is counting?).
We have a new addition to the family. Jack came as a rescue on Jan. 13. he's fitting in well with us- he apparently had snapping issues, but I haven't been the recipient of it yet--- knock on wood.
I am trying to kill the last 5 minutes until the weekend. The kid is spending tonight at his friend's house and they are going to PEI on the weekend. WOOHOO! I can't wait. A quiet weekend at home for me.
