Four days and counting

I know this was intended as a weight loss thing, but having the kid in my life is really stressful right now, and I think I will be better off when he leaves.
I am resolved to try the south beach diet again starting on Feb 4, and do it for 2 weeks, as well as start going to the gym. I realize I need to make healthier choices in my life, but I need to have a somewhat stress-free environment for that to happen. Lynn has done really well on the SBD, and if I start now, i will be into Phase 2 before I go home at the end of February. Hard to believe that in less than three weeks, I will be in the 'Peg. Haven't been home in about 3 years. it's going to be strange going back. I am pretty sure I don't want to move back- this trip will either cement that in my mind, or not. Who the heck knows. We also need to deal with the military BS and find out what's going on.
So, effective Monday, Feb 5, I will be tracking my munchies on WW (I have sort of been doing that) and also listing what I have eaten on here as well as making notes as to the gym schedule and weight loss. I am not sure if I am going to do a daily weigh in, but I am going to try.
The resolutions are as follows:
1) follow SBD for 14 days- no carbs, no fried stuff
2) get thee to the gym at least three days per week
3) try to take the dogs for a walk at least three times per week (non-gym days)
4) limit eating out to once a week
5) post yummy recipes on here so I don't lose them
