So, today is supposed to be the first day of my new regime. Yeah. Right. I think I have no will power. I stopped at Tim's this morning and had a cinnamon-raisin bagle with PB. No coffee, though- so that's a good step, right?
My snack was some kielbassa. Lunch was pea soup. My afternoon snack (if I am hungry) will be an apple and some cheese. Supper is 2 chicken thighs and a greek salad. My snack tonight will be yogurt, if I want one.
So, I have slightly modified my SB ways- carbs are OK. I just can't overinduldge in them. That's my downfall. I am also going to stay away from fried foods this week to see if I can.
The goal for the week is:
walk the dogs at least 3 times this week.
hit the gym at least twice
plan my meals so I am not tempted (except for Il Mercato this weekend. That is a planned indulgence!)
