Day 2

I did my weigh in today. The first time in several weeks (perhaps months). All I have to say is holy expletives, batman! I am not yet brave enough to admit the numbers to the world, except to say that I have a looooooooooooong way to go. I will be (eventually) creating a table, as well as having weekly tracking photos added. I hope that it will help keep me on track.
I am going to go through some of my cookbooks this weekend and create meal plans, which I plan to stick to. Tomorrow is going to be a little hard, because we are going out for a birthday supper (Sam's- YUM!!) and I already know what I am going to have- a steak with a Greek salad on the side. The salad is really good, except that it comes with about 3/4 cup of feta on it. Normally that's not a bad thing, but the points value for that much cheese is about 9 points.
I fell off the wagon today and got a coffee from Timmy's- a small one, though, so it's not that bad. I am going to look for low-fat flavoured coffee at the grocery store this weekend. It'll probably be cheaper, and less points.
Here's how today will shape up. I have been craving Chinese food this week, and I will probably fill the craving tonight.
